Governor Perry Approved the Texas Cottage Food Law SB 81, which allows Daisy to bake her cakes from her home. For this reason she is by appointment only, and requires a $25.00 tasting fee for up to 4 flavors from her collection. This $25.00 tasting fee will be deducted from your total price once you book your wedding cake with Sweet Architectures Of San Antonio.
Some of Daisy's cake's have been featured in prominent magazines such as American Cake Decorating Magazine. She has also attended classes with one of the most prestigious Cake Artist in Food network, and the cake world, such as Kerry Vincent (hall of fame sugar artist, also known as the “Food network witch of the east”) Michelle Bommarito Winner of two food network wedding challenges.
